This document outlines the proper use of Atomic Networks logos, trademarks, and visual identity. They include rules for logo placement, sizing, colors, and acceptable use, as well as restrictions on modifications and unauthorized usage.

- The use of Atomic Networks branding for marketing purposes is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by the Chief Marketing Officer.
- The Atomic Networks branding may be used solely for the purpose of directly referencing us, provided such use complies with applicable guidelines and does not imply unauthorized affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
Commercial Use
- The Atomic Networks branding may not be used for any commercial project that generates revenue without prior written authorization.
- The use of Atomic Networks branding to create unofficial merchandise or any merchandise that implies endorsement or sponsorship by us is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Appearance
- You must ensure that Atomic Networks branding is presented positively and professionally, and it may only be used in contexts that uphold our reputation and appeal to the intended audience.
- Padding is applied to our branding to maintain a clean and uncluttered appearance on webpages and articles. It is your responsibility to ensure that the branding is displayed in alignment with our standards and best intentions.
- The Atomic Networks branding must not be modified in any manner, including but not limited to alterations to color, orientation, or shape.
Copyright
- In cases where we determine that our branding has been misused, you acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to notify your service provider of a violation of its intellectual property rights. Atomic Networks may issue a formal request to remove the infringing content.
