Downgrading an Atomic Networks Service
If you wish to downgrade a service, you will need to follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open a Billing Ticket
Step 2: Include the following details…
- The service you would like to downgrade from.
- The service you would like to downgrade to.
Note: On select services (ex. VPS, Unmanaged Dedicated Servers), our team will need to perform a fresh install to proceed with a package downgrade.
