How to Upgrade an Atomic Networks Service
There are 2 different methods to upgrade a service.
Method 1: Purchase the Upgraded Service and Cancel Your Current Service
Step 1: Navigate to the Store
Step 2: Complete the checkout process for your desired upgraded package.
Step 3: Cancel your current package.
Method 2: Open a Billing Ticket and Request a Service Upgrade
Step 1: Open a Billing Ticket
Step 2: Include the following details…
- The service you would like to upgrade from.
- The service you would like to upgrade to.
Once you have submitted your request, the Billing Team can produce a new invoice for your requested service.
