When is billing performed for an Atomic Networks service?
For all Atomic Networks hosting packages, billing is done on 3 different time cycles. At checkout, you are able to select which cycle you would like to pay your service on.
Monthly: Your payment is due every 30 days on the day of the month you bought your service.
Quarterly: Your payment is due every 90 days on the day of the month that you bought your service.
Yearly: Your payment is due every 365 days on the day you bought your service.
Based on the day you bought your service, reminders to pay the invoice for your service are sent twice prior to the payment due date. The 1st reminder is sent 14 days out from the payment due date via. email. The 2nd reminder is sent 7 days out from the payment date via email.
To ensure that you don’t have your service suspended/terminated, we recommend adding account balance/adding a subscription.
Below is an example of what a payment schedule would look like for a client that purchased a package on the 8th of the month on a monthly billing cycle.
