Atomic Networks LLC. agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the following (“Terms of Service”). Atomic Networks, the company here after referred to as, (“Atomic Hosting“), (“Us”), ("Atomic Networks"), (“We”) and The Client, (“Customer”), (“Client”) and (“You”). Use of Atomic Networks Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and ToS (“Terms of Service”). All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Atomic Networks. Subscriber understands that change to the ToS by Atomic Networks shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.
To terminate your services you must cancel via our WHMCS billing area at https://billing.atomicnetworks.co/ using the cancellation request form. A cancellation request must be submitted when a client wishes to no longer proceed with their service. Accounts with a credit card on file will automatically attempt to renew until cancelled. Unless specified per special arrangement, we do not hold our clients accountable to any contracts. Our customers can cancel at any time.

Atomic Networks maintains ownership of all IPv4/IPv6 addresses allocated to you. We reserve all rights to change, remove, or blacklist IP addresses from your use.
Following purchase of a service, Atomic Networks offers a forty-eight (48) hour refund policy. This forty-eight (48) hour period encompasses the forty-eight (48) hour period of time from the initial deployment of one’s service, after placement of an order, once payment has been received by Atomic Networks LLC. If a request for a refund does not occur within the forty-eight (48) hour refund period, Atomic Networks LLC. reserves all rights to issue refunds at its sole discretion.

Atomic Networks, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. Atomic Networks shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time. We reserve the right to terminate a client’s services in the event of a charge dispute, despite the outcome of the dispute.
Any support requests required for products from Atomic Networks shall be submitted through the billing system via tickets. Any other form of contact other than the predetermined ticket system is not guaranteed a proper answer from an official representative of Atomic Networks LLC.
We cannot guarantee that all of our promotional codes will work everytime. Atomic Networks is not liable for a code not working. If you have an issue redeeming a code, make a ticket in our billing system and we will work to resolve it with you.
Atomic Networks retains the right to seek and consult with any appropriate authorities that may need to be involved in the event of an issue arising whether it is through violation of this policy or any other illegal occurrence requiring involvement of law-enforcement agencies. Atomic Networks regards any communication between parties as confidential, upon distribution of any communication, unless prior approval is in place, we will take action to the full extent of the law. By purchasing a server from Atomic Networks you permit us to modify your server, this includes, but is not limited to, changing settings, uploading/mods, and other tasks related to running any server. Any verbal or written action to compromise our server systems or any other equipment owned by Atomic Networks will be taken seriously and will result in further investigation and possible lawsuits. Upon cancellation of payments to Atomic Networks your server will be suspended unless prior arrangements are made. Files will be kept as long as possible after termination or suspension however the guaranteed amount of time is unspecified. Atomic Networks retains the sole right to stop, start, and modify your server at any given time.
We reserve all rights to terminate your server or service upon any violation of these terms or any other basis if deemed necessary. Services which are suspended for non-payment will be terminated 7 days after the renewal invoice is due. We do not terminate services without due cause.
